Every year during the month of November, thousand of men grow their moustaches to raise vital funds and build awareness about prostate cancer. Supporting the number one male cancer, funds raised are given to Movember health partner; Prostate Cancer Canada. Movemeber has now become a global movement of men growing their moustaches in Spain, Netherlands, Australia, Finland, New Zealand and more.
At the end of Movember, across Canada and around the world marks their celebration with a Gala Party. By thanking those for fundraising and participating, anyone is able to come out. Taking place at Koolhaus on December 2nd 2011, dress up in your best Movember costume. Or even host your own party, whether it is at work, community group or a local bar.
