Good food, good company

So what makes food good at a restaurant? Is it the atmosphere? The people? Or the actual food itself?

My experience at Spoon and Fork Oakville was incredible! To the amazing presentation of food, their great service and fun atmosphere. Spoon and Fork is either a-la-carte or all-you-can-eat restaurant that serves Japanese, Thai and Vietnamese cuisine. As soon as you enter the restaurant, you can experience a different atmosphere which is intriguing. It creates a good vibe, knowing that will leave you with a smile and definitely will not leave you with an empty stomach! I love food, especially sushi!

What makes this particular restaurant so special for me is the portions that are given. No one wants to leave the place feeling like they want to throw up! It makes your moneys worth when you are actually able to eat a whole lot of food without feeling sick and regretting the lovely meal you just ate.

For the all-you-can-eat lunch menu, the server suggested many great appetizers such as the, satay chicken, satay beef, calamari, thai dumpling, sashimi and more. I was intimidated at first, thinking that the portions were going to be huge, but they were all just right!

My favourite sushi from the menu are:
- Dynamite Roll
- Crazy Roll
- Spicy salmon Roll

What makes these certain sushi rolls different from the other rolls that I have eaten at other Japanese restaurants is that the ingredients are extremely fresh and the presentation tops it off perfectly.

Other one of my favourites was the Basil Fried Rice. It had a little kick of spice and tasted amazing. I could have not asked for better rice than that!

Overall, Spoon and Fork Oakville has given phenomenal service and great food!
